Pay Using First Citizens Bank's Website
With the help of Magnolia Management Services to assist Oak Alley Estates Subdivision Homeowners Association you will have three payment options. You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website. Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149 (Magnolia Management Services ***It will list our old company name, Pelican Management Group.)
Association ID: OAE (Oak Alley Estates HOA)
Property ID: Your Account Number
Architectural Requests
Per Section 19 of the Act of Restrictions for Oak Alley Estates, any and all exterior improvements to your home or property must be approved by the Oak Alley Estates Architectural Committee. Once the Architectural Committee receives your formal request they have 30 days to review and make a decision as whether to approve or deny the request.
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:

Once your form is submitted Magnolia Management Services will notify you on the status of your request
